Semiconductor Packaging
The SC Series infrared furnaces are designed for a variety of applications that demand specific process requirements. The furnaces provide tight thermal control for temperature uniformity and attain oxygen levels down to 5ppm in hydrogen, nitrogen or forming gas environments.
